What do you do at your ecommerce retailer for patrons that request handle modifications after their order has shipped?
I ship 99%+ of my merchandise by way of UPS or UPS SurePost. Often, clients will request, after the product ships, to alter the delivery handle.
UPS costs a $17 price for altering the handle for a cargo, excess of the preliminary cargo prices!
