I’m operating a distinct segment POD retailer.
My buyer has purchased a product in a mistaken measurement. He found that when he acquired the package deal.

Now he’s asking for an accurate product measurement.

What do you counsel:
a) Refund the cash
b) Ship right measurement product at no cost
