For the previous few months on Shopify, I have been utilizing a stream from Klaviyo for deserted carts tied with an incentive to return again. I unchecked the follow-up emails from Shopify and rely 100% on Klaviyo.

It has been unsuccessfully and I am pondering to disconnect from Klaviyo and check the Shopify emails once more.
